Sarah Kleczka Replaces Yaya Rincón, Invicta FC 29 Lineup Finalized

Kansas City, Mo. — The fight card for Invicta FC 29 is now complete.

The event, which takes place from the historic Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Mo., on Friday, May 4, will feature a total of eight bouts.

Undefeated bantamweight Sarah Kleczka (2-0), who made a successful professional debut at Invicta FC 25 last August, steps in to replace California’s Yaya Rincón against promotional newcomer Lisa Spangler (0-0). The American Top Team Tampa product Kleczka picked up her second career victory this past weekend, scoring a first-round armbar finish of Natalie King.

Additionally, the Invicta debut of 18-year-old Croatian flyweight Adriana Vuković (0-0) has been pushed back to a future event.

Invicta FC 29 will be headlined by a bantamweight title tilt between Canadian Sarah Kaufman (19-4, 1 NC) and German fighter Katharina Lehner (7-0). The night’s co-main event also takes place in the bantamweight division as Iranian-Swedish fighter Pannie Kianzad (8-3) welcomes Brazilian Bianca Daimoni (7-2) to the promotion. The event will stream live and exclusively on UFC Fight Pass at 7 p.m. CT.
