I was bullied a lot in school. I started in 2007 by taking a self defense class and I was hooked ever since.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES AND INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF FIGHTING?
I like to nap and be outside, attend church and hangout with my Mexican family.
WHAT WAS YOUR CAREER BEFORE FIGHTING AND DO YOU STILL MAINTAIN IT?
I was and still am a personal trainer. I also coach children’s martial arts.
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON FIGHTING FOR INVICTA FC?
It’s a dream come true. Ever since Invicta FC 1 in 2012… I booked a trip to Kansas City and was so inspired by the fighters and the promotion. I set a goal that I wanted to fight pro and one day fight for Invicta. I am super excited, honored and happy to finally be able to fulfill my goal and dream of fighting in the best promotion in the world with the best athletes in the world. It feels surreal.
WHEN FIGHT FANS HEAR YOUR NAME, WHAT DO YOU WANT THEM TO THINK AND REMEMBER?
I want them to think of me as a miniature tough chick who preserves through adversity and isn’t scared of a scrap.
