Bio: Lee’s entrance into the world of MMA was one of the most highly anticipated debuts in female combat sports. The Texas native moved to Louisiana where she earned two state Golden Gloves titles before claiming the National Golden Gloves title in 2013. Lee also held three separate world titles in Muay Thai competition. She turned pro in MMA in late 2014 and fought three times, including twice inside the Invicta cage.

My typical day of training is grueling to say the least. I meal prep twice a week so that I can begin each day with a 90 min strength and conditioning session at about 9 AM. By 10:30 AM, I begin my first of two training sessions. The first is from 10:30 AM – 1 PM. I then head to the local high school track to run sprints followed by a timed 2 mile run. I take a lunch/recovery period from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM. Then I train again from 4:30-8:30 PM. I do this Tuesday through Friday, and only train a half-day on Saturday and Sunday, usually from 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM. Monday is my rest day. My training curriculum is very diverse. We are a large MMA Gym and have a full coaching staff that are experts in their individual disciplines. We train on everything from Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The “Mad Scientist,” our head coach, is my husband, former World Kickboxing Champion, Donny Aaron and he puts it all together.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU AS A FIGHTER?
What motivates me as a fighter is that I feel that I have finally found something that I am great at. I am single track minded in my quest for world titles. I am driven by my own hunger to succeed at the craft that I have fallen in love with.

WHAT PROFESSION OTHER THAN YOUR OWN WOULD YOU LIKE TO ATTEMPT AND WHY?
I am so in love with being a competitive martial artist that I cant even imagine not doing this. I have the greatest job in the world and am blessed to perform in front of the greatest fans in the world. There is absolutely nothing I would rather be doing.
IF YOU COULD MEET ANYONE, LIVING OR DEAD, WHO WOULD YOU MEET AND WHY?
If I could meet anyone I’d probably like to meet Stone Cold Steve Austin or Donald Cowboy Cerrone. What two better people to have a beer with, right? I’m not much of a drinker but if I could meet either of those icons I’m sure I would make an exception. And before you ask, no I don’t wear the cowboy hat in tribute to DC but because I am from Texas and I am 100% country girl and it’s just who I am.
IF YOU COULD BE ANY FICTIONAL CHARACTER, WHO WOULD YOU CHOOSE AND WHY?
If I could be any fictional Character I’d want to be one of the X-Men. Probably Jean Gray because she’s a telepathic and she’s hot haha.
